Well it's one week until Christmas and the question of the day is do we list our home now or wait until after the first of the year, or hold off until Spring?
In the past, conventional wisdom said you shouldn't try to sell a home during the holidays. However, the old thinking doesn't really apply - thanks to the internet and hectic lifestyles, as well as rules of supply and demand.

This is wonderful advice to give to any home seller looking to sell his/her home in this market, especially during a time where technology is at our fingertips. the one piece of advice that I thought was most useful is using the holiday time as a way re-evaluate your home selling strategy. In the age where spontaneous events occur, changing a strategy or approach can be a big difference in selling your home.
